Hola Solina,
I thought your views on your podcast where very interesting. I found your specialization on researching translation methods and how they translate into the classroom a unique field in the world of translation, and after listening to the podcast I have some questions. First, do you think it is a requirement that translators and interpreters be educated in a classroom setting or is possible to learn under an apprentice role, especially with the skills that you think translators need to know? Second, to your point of always translating into your first language being a myth is it possible that the development of knowledge in skills in one language is just as important as knowing the language? Or is it necessary to know the language, the culture, and that area of knowledge and skill?
